I am still working on this page. Basically what it will shows is that after my children were removed under these false allegations I was labeled and severely restricted from my children. The police were always called to be present during visits and alerts were sent out. I was first totally severed from child C for 2 months. I was not able to speak to him on the phone for 4 months. Then I could not see him for 5 months but had occasional 10 minute phone conversations with him with a worker listening. I will also note that all the time this was going on the CAS had three recent psychiatric reports all finding NO issues with me. It is inexcusable that the Kingston CAS and the family court can disregard the experts and cause this much damage on the word of someone so unqualified and who also is known to have made a mistake. Also I will note that all the CAS records during this time of extreme separation and cruelty indicate that the children have not been abused and there is no risk of physical harm. I will also note the records that state that I was uncooperative with seeing a psychiatrist, at that time the CAS had records from psychiatrist that they did not want to see me again. At the time they were telling my children I could not see them until I saw a psychiatrist on a regular basis the CAS cancelled and prevented the 4th psychiatric assessment. Now of course the CAS wish to keep child C under the evidence that I do not like those CAS workers. I will not cooperate and be silent. I will have to finish this later.  |
