New corruption and police harassment. On November 9th 2005 at 2pm the workers at the courts house allowed Kaveh Khanverdi to put in an affidavit that was presented to the court the next day on November 10th. This affidavit contained false and knowingly false, perjured information from CAS worker Kaveh Khanverdi. Apparently this act of putting the affidavit before court late in the afternoon the day before court is against court rules and procedures. At least it is against the rules and NOT ALLOWED, that is unless you are a CAS worker. For everyone else, the rules state that affidavits have to be in the judges chamber two days before court and nothing else can be added. But than again, if you are a CAS worker the court staff will help you get around these rules. Copied below is the CAS note that they had to have their affidavit ready by 2pm on November 9th, 2005. Who do you suppose helped them at the court house? This was used the next day November 10th, 2005 to remove my children. I did not get a copy of the affidavit until after 5pm. I of course did not have time to file an answer or even speak to my lawyer about the information in that affidavit. That affidavit contained false and malicious information. I did not know that this procedure was not allowed or improper. I did not know this as this was the second time the CAS filed affidavits late on the afternoon before court. The first time was on October 17th for court on the 18th. I only found out about this improper procedure when on June 28th, 2006 I drove from Brantford to Kingston the day before court to put in my affidavit. The court staff told me that it was not allowed and against the rules. I asked why the CAS can do it. They phoned the police on me. As I drove away two police cruisers stopped me. This video will be running on this site soon. It is a rather silly tape with everybody acting really really posy for the video. The next day I went to court. THERE WERE THREE POLICE OFFICERS IN THE COURT WITH ME. This along with the regular court security out in the lobby. Two of these officers were armed. That same day in criminal court a man was before the court for stabbing his girlfriend to death. There was only one unarmed court security guard. The accused lunged forward and attacked the court officer during court. This man was in jail for killing a woman and only had one unarmed security guard present. I am a 46 years old women, and a little out of shape after spending this last year sitting down and answering affidavits. I have no criminal chargers, no criminal associates, no history of violence or threats. Before this I worked with seniors. This obvious harassment against me did endangered people by taking the police away from were they were really needed with dangerous offenders. Instead they place their police to suppress and harass a mother who is fighting for her and her children’s rights against this corrupt system. In court that day Judge Robertson refused to take into account my affidavit. She said that from now on everyone has to follow the rules. In the affidavit I tried to present were the CAS records that showed that the CAS knew that the information for removing my children was wrong and they knew that before court, before they slipped threw that November 9th affidavit that I could not answer to. The Kingston city police have a vested interest in this case as just before my children were removed I was just about ready to launch a civil suit against them.

On the same day this lone unarmed court officer was attacked by a violent offender, I had three police officers in court with me. Two were armed.

March 6th, 2006. T took this picture from upstairs of Kelly DeWolfe who surrounded our house with four police cruisers with a battering ram. Also on this page is the audio phone message from the police saying that they were going to brake the door down. Kelly had me in court that day where she was again caught lying in affidavits. Even though Judge Brennan said that day in court that someone “goofed” when they removed my children he also said that the discretion of the Society must always be followed. I was restricted from seeing my son C for 5 months. T escaped again that day.
