The Children’s Aid Society gave me a new worker in February named Bruce Polnick.
Bruce Polnick CAS worker got his job at CAS with the educational background of having attaining a B.A in psychology from Lakehead University in 1979. Two thirds of B.A psychology graduates are employed in for-profit business settings, usually the sales/service sector. Most use their B.A as a stepping stone to another degree, as a B.A in psychology is not an employable degree. They do not qualify for positions in most companies. Yet CAS hires them to make serious decisions affecting the life’s of children. They have no accountability. There is no complaint process once they involve you with the courts. Once you complain, you are all of a sudden involved with the courts under false allegations from the same person you complained about. The courts always side with them.
It is unfortunate for all of us that our government does not think is essential that we should have well educated and well trained people in the position that make serious decisions that can destroy a child’s life.
It is ridiculous the Children’s Aid has from the beginning used against me that I have isolated myself from my family. This is in their affidavit material filed by Kaveh Khanverdi and is still used against me by the CAS. I kept myself and my children away from that abusive family to spare my children harm.
Unbelievable. The CAS is trying to force adult survivors of abuse back into that abuse with their children. I am 46 years old. I have a right of free association. I have a right to live without abuse. Because of Kaveh Khanverdi affidavits Judge Sheffield was to suggest putting my children in that abusive environment.
This is CAS stupidity, supported by our learned judges. Because I kept my children from that abusive family to keep them from being abused, my children are isolated from each other, their friends, their mother, their home, everything they have ever known and loved.
This is what happens when there are no set standards for hiring CAS workers. We get stupidity going threw our courts.
Here is Kaveh and I talking on September 27th, 2005. Kaveh is questioning me as to why I do not see my estranged family. This conversation is recorded on tape.
I told Kaveh Khanverdi that if I go back to my family I will get beat up.
Kaveh says, “why would they do that.”
I said, “because they blame me for my dad’s death.” My dad committed suicide when charged with child abuse crimes. Nice place for Kaveh Khanverdi and judge Sheffield to suggest putting my children.
Kaveh tells me that I’ve got issues to work out with my family
Jeffrey Baldwin, a young child starved to death by his grandmother after the CAS put him in his grandmothers care. The CAS should have accessed the information that the Grandmother was abusive and should not have had custody of the children. At least the judge in the Jeffrey Baldwin case can say that he did not have any information before him that grandma was abusive. Not so in my case. Judge Sheffield had all the information right in front of him in my affidavit. He was still to suggest putting my children in that abusive environment.
The CAS took Kaveh Khanverdi off my case so that he would not have to be in court incase the judge ever questioned him over his fraudulent qualifications or in his mistake of claiming that I accused my son of being a spy. This the false reason for their removal. If you think that this stupidity stopped with the new worker, Bruce Polnick, not so.
The Children’s Aid does not learn. Unbelievably, this new worker Bruce Polnick gave me an affidavit on February 28th, 2006 which states that I “have isolated my children from my family” and I “ bring my children into conflicts with my family.”
There is no way to reason with those guys. Posted on the bottom of this page is my reply to Bruce Polnick.
Click here and hear the tape of me telling Kaveh that I will get beat up. Hear the tape of my brother confirming that I will get beat up and face a lot of hostility if I go visit my family. My brother also talks about the child abuse committed by my mother. Judge Sheffield suggested putting my children with my mother. Most cruel of all, hear the Tape from his own voice how the CAS has isolated child C. This does not make any sense.
