Compare the picture of the boys on Halloween before they were removed to the picture of child C on Halloween while in CAS custody. Child C is on the right. CAS dresses him up as a old maid for Halloween. He was not happy and said this was the worst Halloween in his life.

Child C's disasterouse halloween inCAS

Child C in CAS custody. He says, “This is the worst thing that ever happened to me being taken away from my mom.” This is a quote from a psychological assessment of how C is doing in care. Also from this assessment states C is shutting down emotionally. Also states,C is “very often unhappy, sad or depressed.” Assessment states, “ At this time C feels quite powerless to effect change in his world and this makes it difficult to adopt effective coping strategies.” Assessment states, “He is a young boy who is experiencing situational stress and is coping with it the best way he knows how.” (By shutting down emotionally and becoming depressed.) Remember as you read this site that even according to CAS records their was NO ABUSE, NO NEGLECT. Children were happy and contented in their home and had no complaints. Both children were well bonded to each other and to their mother. Home described as middle class, child focused. Also remember that the reason the children were removed has already been acknowledged as a mistake.

Child C in CAS internment.

Picture of neighbor hood children playing in our house with our pets. Child C has never seen our new house. It is ridiculous that all these children can come into my house and be happy, but not my own son who is depressed, and being damaged by this cruel forced abandonment.

These boys are our new neighbors, they are playing in C‘s room. Child C has not met them or seen his bedroom yet. Child C has been prevented from seeing any of his old friends.

Boy's playing in C's room. Child C has never seen his room. These boys are checking out the attic in child C’s room. I am converting it into an extra child’s room.

Child T with one of the neighborhood children who like visiting our home. Child T is also not allowed to see his brother C. He is also not allowed to speak to C without a CAS worker listening on the phone. CAS records reveal that child C has been verbally and physically abused by other group home residence who have centered him out for abuse. Child C complained that the CAS does not do anything about it. Child C also complained about being sexually harassed by another group home resident. The CAS ignored this even though they know this resident is violent and disturbed.
