This was used to removed my children. Kaveh khanverdi claimed it showed a long history of mentall illness. The Children's Aid is supposed to be trained in the signs of child abuse. The Children's Aid knew I was being sexually abused at the time this report was written. In these early years the 'experts' did not believe that there was childhood sexual abuse. It was fantazy and the daughters inappropriate behavior to the father. Note Kaveh Khanverdi stating that, "This form indicated that Ms. xxxx was diagnosed with neurotic behavior disorder." Note the report that states. "Neurotic traits in early life were thumb sucking until two years of age and night terrors from infancy merging into nightmares of recent years." So I had my children removed under the evidence that I sucked my thumb when I was two and had nightmares because I was being abused. This information was used in judge Sheffield's decision with the suggestion my children get placed with my abuser.

I publish this as it is inexcusable that the CAS used records that show signs of child abuse against an adult survivor. More so that the judge would suggest putting my children in my abusers care. This should be a warning to all victims of child abuse, the CAS will use their childhood abuse against them. No wonder I had nightmares. I was being sexually abused and from the records neither parent cared for me.
