This is C in CAS custody. To follow Judge Brennan's order our identity is concealed.  This is how C looks now. He is in the little visitation room with a big two way mirror with workers watching and listening on the other side. If I hug him and tell him I love him a worker will come in and interupt, accuse me of wispering. This exchange is on audio tape. He is no longer a happy child. He is being destoyed by this cruelty. |

Halloween the year before they were wrongly removed.  Compare this picture taken on Halloween 2004, with the audio of C on October 30th,2005, a year later while in CAS custody. He does not like the halloween costume the CAS gave him and wants to come home so he can have fun on halloween. He is not allowed to see me or his brother. He is not allowed to contact anyone he has ever known. He is not allowed to ask to come home. I am not allowed to tell him I want him home, a worker will end the call. C is left to feel abandoned. This is forced abondonment and child abuse. |
